Following the restructuring led by Chief Minister Indra Baniya, six ministers have temporarily been left without departmental portfolios. They are Kiran Thapa Magar, Urmila Nepal, Bharat Bahadur KC, Suresh Shrestha, Jayaram Thapa and Binu Kumari Rayamajhi Poudel.

Province Chief Devkota authenticated the Appropriation Bill, 2083 BS and the Bill Designed to Implement Economic Proposal of the Province Government, 2083 BS. The bills were passed from the Province Assembly meeting on July 4.
