गृह मन्त्रालयले देशभरका जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय र इलाका प्रशासन कार्यालयलाई 'एकद्वार सेवा प्रणाली' लागू गर्नेसहित नौबुँदे निर्देशन जारी गरेको छ। यो निर्देशनको उद्देश्य सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाहलाई थप प्रभावकारी र नागरिकमैत्री बनाउनु हो। मन्त्रालयले चालु आर्थिक वर्षकै बजेटबाट एकद्वार प्रणाली लागू गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउन पनि निर्देशन दिएको छ।
