नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट मेगा बैंक (एनआईएमबी) का अध्यक्ष पृथ्वीबहादुर पाँडेलाई काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतले ४० लाख रुपैयाँ धरौटीमा रिहा गरेको छ। बैंकका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत ज्योतिप्रकाश पाण्डे पनि धितो सम्बन्धी फौजदारी मुद्दामा ८० लाख रुपैयाँ धरौटी बुझाएर रिहा भएका छन्। बैंकको कर्मचारी सेवा विनियमावली र कानुनी प्रक्रियाका बाबजुद दुवै पदाधिकारीले आफ्नो पद सम्हालिरहेका छन्, जसले नियामक अनुपालनमा प्रश्न खडा गरेको छ।
