नेपाली सेनाको जस्तै पोसाक, दर्जा र चिन्ह प्रयोग गरेको भन्दै 'ग्रीन आर्मी नेपाल' विरुद्ध शुक्रबार सर्वोच्च अदालतमा रिट दायर गरिएको छ। अधिवक्ताहरू सम्भराज अर्याल र पूर्ण बहादुरले दायर गरेको उक्त रिटमा निजी संस्थाले सैनिक मापदण्डसँग मिल्दोजुल्दो पोसाक प्रयोग गर्नु गैरकानुनी भएको दाबी गरिएको छ। रसुवा बाढीपछि उद्धार र राहत कार्यमा सक्रिय रहेको यस संस्थालाई कारबाही गर्न माग गरिएको छ।
