स्वास्थ्य तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मन्त्रालयले नुवाकोट र रसुवाका बाढी प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकहरूको थप टोली परिचालन गरेको छ। टोलीमा कान्ति बाल अस्पतालकी बालरोग विशेषज्ञ डा. बिना प्रजापति र परोपकार प्रसूति तथा स्त्री रोग अस्पतालका वरिष्ठ स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञहरू डा. हरि कुमार श्रेष्ठ र डा. श्रीराम खड्का सहभागी हुनुहुन्छ। भोटेकोशी बाढीबाट प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा मातृ तथा बाल स्वास्थ्य सेवालाई सुदृढ बनाउन यो टोली त्यसतर्फ प्रस्थान गरेको हो। बाढी प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा स्वास्थ्य सेवा जारी रहे पनि विशेषज्ञ सेवाको पहुँच बढाउन यो कदम चालिएको हो।
