दार्चुला पावर कम्पनीले दार्चुलाको चमेलिया नदीमा २८.३ मेगावाट क्षमताको मध्य चमेलिया जलविद्युत आयोजना निर्माण गर्ने भएको छ। यो आयोजना मार्मा गाउँपालिकामा पर्ने अपि नाम्पा संरक्षण क्षेत्रभित्र निर्माण हुन लागेको हो। यस नयाँ आयोजनाले चमेलिया नदीलाई सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशको महत्वपूर्ण जलविद्युत केन्द्रको रूपमा थप स्थापित गर्नेछ।
