नेपालमा वैदेशिक लगानी प्रतिबद्धतामा लगातार दोस्रो वर्ष गिरावट

आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ मा नेपालमा वैदेशिक प्रत्यक्ष लगानी (एफडीआई) को प्रतिबद्धता लगातार दोस्रो वर्ष घटेको छ। उद्योग विभागका अनुसार गत आर्थिक वर्षमा ५८.०१ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको लगानी प्रतिबद्धता आएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको ६४.४७ अर्ब रुपैयाँको तुलनामा करिब ११ प्रतिशतले कम हो। कुल १,११६ उद्योग तथा आयोजनाका लागि प्राप्त यो घटेको तथ्याङ्कले लगानीकर्ताको आत्मविश्वास र आर्थिक सुधारमा चिन्ता थपेको छ।

According to the Department of Industry, Nepal approved FDI commitments worth Rs 58.01 billion for 1,116 industries and projects in fiscal year 2025 to 2026, down nearly 11 percent from about Rs 64.96 billion recorded a year earlier. Commitments declined by around Rs 7 billion in one year.
