मध्यस्थकर्ताको आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका इनाम सापकोटाले आफ्नो प्रभाव देखाएर सर्वोच्च अदालतका न्यायाधीशहरूलाई प्रभावित पारेको पाइएको छ। उनले प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन शाह र प्रधानन्यायाधीश डा. मनोज शर्मालगायत वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकारीहरूको नाम उल्लेख गरेको तथा न्यायाधीश हरिलाई सन्देश पठाएर सर्वोच्च अदालतमा विचाराधीन मुद्दालाई प्रभावित पार्न खोजेको आरोप छ। काठमाडौंमा अक्टोबर २९ मा आएका यी रिपोर्टहरूले अपराध, राजनीति, शिक्षा र अर्थतन्त्रसँग जोडिएको यो घटनालाई औंल्याएका छन्।
