रसुवाको भोटेकोशी नदीमा आएको विनाशकारी बाढीपछि प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहले प्रधानसेनापति अशोकराज सिग्देल लगायत सुरक्षा निकायका प्रमुखहरूसँग संकट व्यवस्थापनबारे छलफल गर्नुभएको छ। सरकारले राहत र पुनःस्थापनाका लागि ५.२ अर्ब रुपैयाँ परिचालन गरेको छ भने हालसम्म ११,००० भन्दा बढीको उद्धार गरिएको छ। भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री नरेन्द्र मोदी र पाकिस्तानी प्रधानमन्त्री शहबाज सरिफले टेलिफोनमार्फत दुःख व्यक्त गर्दै नेपाललाई मानवीय सहायताको प्रस्ताव गर्नुभएको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री शाहले राज्य संयन्त्र नागरिकको सुरक्षा र राहतका लागि पूर्ण रूपमा परिचालन भएको प्रतिबद्धता जनाउनुभएको छ।
