सरकारले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सैन्य तालिम प्रदान गर्ने उद्देश्यले संघीय संसद्मा 'राष्ट्रिय सेवा दलसम्बन्धी विधेयक' दर्ता गरेको छ। यो नयाँ कानुनले कार्यान्वयनमा नरहेको राष्ट्रिय सेवा दल ऐन, २०२७ लाई प्रतिस्थापन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। नागरिकहरूलाई राष्ट्रको सेवामा तत्पर बनाउन र विद्यालयहरूमा अनुशासन तथा सुरक्षा तालिम दिन यो विधेयक ल्याइएको हो।
