सल्यान जिल्लाका सरकारी अस्पताल र स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूमा विगत तीन महिनादेखि निःशुल्क उपलब्ध हुने औषधिको चरम अभाव भएको छ। उच्च रक्तचाप, मधुमेह, मानसिक रोग र परिवार नियोजनका लागि आवश्यक पर्ने औषधिहरूको अभाव हुँदा बिरामीहरू मर्कामा परेका छन्। सरकारी आपूर्ति रोकिएपछि बिरामीहरू निजी फार्मेसीबाट महँगो शुल्कमा औषधि किन्न बाध्य छन्। प्रदेश सरकारले आवश्यक औषधिको नियमित आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित गर्न नसक्दा यो समस्या उत्पन्न भएको हो।
