अर्थमन्त्री डा. वाग्लेले पुँजी बजारमा एक सीमित समूहले इन्साइडर ट्रेडिङमार्फत १५ देखि १६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ दुरुपयोग गरेको दाबी गर्नुभएको छ। उहाँका अनुसार सो समूहले बजारमा चलखेल गरी सर्वसाधारणको लगानीलाई व्यक्तिगत लाभका लागि प्रयोग गरेका छन्। मन्त्री वाग्लेले यस्ता वित्तीय अनियमितताबाट सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्तालाई जोगाउन कडा निगरानीको आवश्यकता रहेकोमा जोड दिनुभयो। यसले नेपालको वित्तीय क्षेत्रको पारदर्शिता र सुशासनमाथि गम्भीर प्रश्न उठाएको छ।
