Speaker of the House of Representatives Dol Prasad Aryal has pledged to expedite law drafting while upholding the Constitution, laws, and established procedures. Speaking at an interaction with the Journalists Society for Parliamentary Affairs (JSPA) Nepal in Kathmandu on Friday, he also stressed the need to introduce comprehensive reforms to make parliamentary practices more modern, dynamic, and effective.
