भारतले नेपालका लागि नयाँ राजदूतका रूपमा सुधाकर दलेलाको प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। काठमाडौंमा नवीन श्रीवास्तवको कार्यकाल सकिएपछि उक्त पद रिक्त भएको थियो। सन् १९९३ ब्याचका भारतीय विदेश सेवा अधिकारी दलेलाले तेल अभिभबाट कूटनीतिक करिअर सुरु गरेका थिए र ब्रासिलिया, शिकागो, ढाका, जेनेभा, वाशिङ्टन डीसीमा भारतीय मिसनमा सेवा गरेका थिए। उनले सन् २०२२ देखि २०२५ सम्म भुटानमा भारतका राजदूतका रूपमा पनि काम गरेका थिए।
