बारामा तीन वर्षीया बालिका गरिमा चौधरीको बलात्कार र हत्या आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका १४ वर्षीय नाबालकको भिडियो खिचेर सार्वजनिक गरेको अभियोगमा चार प्रहरीमाथि विभागीय कारबाही सुरु गरिएको छ। भिडियो खिचेको आरोपमा प्रहरी हवल्दार कुमार बीकेलाई पक्राउ गरिएको छ भने अन्य तीन जनामाथि पनि कारबाही प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको छ। जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय बाराका प्रहरी उपरीक्षक नरेन्द्र कुँवरले दोषीमाथि फौजदारी अनुसन्धान सुरु गरिएको जानकारी दिनुभयो।
