सभामुख डोलप्रसाद अर्यालले शनिबार काठमाडौंमा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा (संरक्षण) विधेयकको महत्त्वमाथि प्रकाश पार्नुभएको छ। ४४औँ छिन्नलता गीत पुरस्कार वितरण समारोहलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै उहाँले यो विधेयकले नेपालको सम्पदा संरक्षण र प्रवर्द्धनका लागि कानुनी आधार प्रदान गर्ने बताउनुभयो। छिन्नलता गीत पुरस्कार गुठीद्वारा आयोजित उक्त समारोहमा कला क्षेत्रमा योगदान पुर्‍याउने व्यक्तित्वहरूलाई सम्मान गरिएको थियो।
