संघीय संसद् सचिवालयले प्रतिनिधि सभा र राष्ट्रिय सभाका सदस्यहरूलाई आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को सम्पत्ति विवरण बुझाउन निर्देशन दिएको छ। सांसदहरूले आफ्नो र परिवारका सदस्यहरूको नाममा रहेको सम्पत्ति, त्यसको स्रोत र आवश्यक कागजातहरू २०८३ भदौ २९ गतेभित्र बुझाउनुपर्नेछ। भ्रष्टाचार निवारण ऐन, २०५९ को दफा ५०(१) बमोजिम आर्थिक वर्ष समाप्त भएको ६० दिनभित्र सार्वजनिक पदधारण गरेका व्यक्तिले सम्पत्ति विवरण सार्वजनिक गर्नुपर्ने कानुनी व्यवस्था रहेको छ।
