नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) का अध्यक्ष डा. गोपाल प्रसाद भट्टले पुँजी बजारमा छिट्टै 'सर्ट सेलिङ' प्रणाली कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याउने घोषणा गर्नुभएको छ। काठमाडौंमा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै उहाँले अवैध 'प्रि-आईपीओ' गतिविधिमा संलग्न कम्पनीहरूलाई कडा कानुनी कारबाही गर्ने चेतावनी समेत दिनुभयो। बोर्डले यी नियामक उपायहरू मार्फत बजारको पारदर्शिता बढाउने र लगानीकर्ताको हित संरक्षण गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
