एसियाली विकास बैंक (ADB) ले नेपालको भन्सार प्रशासनलाई आधुनिकीकरण गर्न र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय व्यापार प्रवर्द्धन गर्न ५० मिलियन अमेरिकी डलरको नीतिगत ऋण स्वीकृत गरेको छ। यो वित्तीय सहयोग 'साउथ एसिया सब्रिजनल इकोनोमिक कोअपरेसन' (SASEC) भन्सार तथा रसद सुधार कार्यक्रमको दोस्रो चरण अन्तर्गत प्रदान गरिएको हो। यस पहलले भन्सार प्रक्रियाको डिजिटलीकरण, सीमा प्रक्रियाको सरलीकरण र नेपालमा रोजगारी सिर्जना गर्न रसद क्षेत्रलाई सुदृढ बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
