नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को तेस्रो त्रैमासमा नियामक निर्देशनहरू उल्लंघन गरेको भन्दै आठ लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरू र तिनका सञ्चालक समितिलाई कारबाही गरेको छ। लघुवित्त संस्था सुपरिवेक्षण विभागका अनुसार वित्तीय मापदण्डहरू पालना नगरेका कारण यी संस्थाहरूमाथि कारबाही गरिएको हो। यसैबीच, राष्ट्र बैंकले देशभरका वित्तीय ग्राहकहरूको सन्तुष्टि मापन गर्न एक वृहत् राष्ट्रिय सर्वेक्षण सुरु गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। यो अध्ययनले वित्तीय सेवाको पहुँच, पारदर्शिता र गुनासो सुनुवाइको अवस्थाबारे सर्वसाधारणको धारणा संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
