नेपाल सरकारले धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) को अध्यक्षमा डा. गोपालप्रसाद भट्टलाई नियुक्त गरेको छ। शुक्रबार काठमाडौंमा बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठकले भट्टलाई उक्त पदमा नियुक्त गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। सञ्चार तथा सूचना प्रविधि मन्त्री विक्रम तिमिल्सिनाका अनुसार कैलाली स्थायी घर भएका भट्टको नियुक्तिसँगै बैठकले विभिन्न कानुनी सुधारका प्रस्तावहरूलाई पनि स्वीकृत गरेको छ।
