दाङमा सोमबार टिपरले मोटरसाइकललाई ठक्कर दिँदा लमही नगरपालिका-५ का ३५ वर्षीय मनोज नेपाली र उनका पाँच वर्षीय छोरा मीनराज नेपालीको मृत्यु भएको छ। दुर्घटनामा गम्भीर घाइते भएका बाबु-छोराको उपचारका क्रममा मृत्यु भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। सोही दुर्घटनामा मनोजकी ३४ वर्षीया श्रीमती अमृता नेपाली घाइते भएकी छन्। तुलसीपुर इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालयका डीएसपी होमराज पराजुलीका अनुसार रा १ ख २१९२ नम्बरको टिपरले रा ४ प ३३९० नम्बरको मोटरसाइकललाई ठक्कर दिएको हो।
