नेपाल र भारतबीचको फौजदारी मामिलामा पारस्परिक कानुनी सहायता सम्झौता मंगलबार प्रतिनिधि सभामा पेश गरिएको छ। यो सम्झौताले सीमापार अपराधको अनुसन्धान र अभियोजनमा द्विपक्षीय सहयोग अभिवृद्धि गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यसले दुवै राष्ट्रलाई प्रमाण आदानप्रदान गर्न र न्यायिक प्रक्रियामा सहयोग गर्न कानुनी ढाँचा प्रदान गर्दछ। सरकारले यस सम्झौतालाई थप छलफल र अनुमोदनका लागि तल्लो सदनमा प्रस्तुत गरेको हो।
