इजरायली संसद नेसेटले सन् २०२३ अक्टोबर ७ मा भएको आक्रमणमा संलग्न भएको आरोप लागेका प्यालेस्टिनीहरूमाथि मुद्दा चलाउन विशेष सैन्य अदालत गठन गर्ने विधेयक पारित गरेको छ। १२० सदस्यीय संसदमा सोमबार भएको मतदानमा विधेयकको पक्षमा ९३ मत परेको थियो भने बाँकी २७ सांसद अनुपस्थित वा तटस्थ रहेका थिए। यो नयाँ कानुनले दोषी ठहरिएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई मृत्युदण्डको सजाय दिने अधिकार अदालतलाई प्रदान गरेको छ। यस व्यवस्थाले हमासद्वारा गरिएको उक्त आक्रमणका अभियुक्तहरूका लागि सार्वजनिक सुनुवाइ र कडा सजायको कानुनी बाटो खोलेको छ।
