इस्तानबुलबाट आएको टर्किस एयरलाइन्सको विमान सोमबार बिहान त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमा अवतरण गर्ने क्रममा आगलागी भएको छ। बिहान ६:४५ बजे उडान नम्बर TK726 को टायर पड्किएर धुवाँ निस्किएपछि विमानस्थलको उडान सेवा करिब ९० मिनेटका लागि स्थगित गरिएको थियो। दमकलको सहयोगमा आगो नियन्त्रणमा लिइएको थियो र यस घटनामा कोही पनि घाइते भएका छैनन्। धावनमार्ग सफा गरी सुरक्षा जाँच पूरा भएपछि विमानस्थलको सेवा पुनः सञ्चालनमा आएको छ।

A Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul caught fire while landing at Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 6:45 AM when a tire of flight TK726 burst and emitted smoke upon touchdown. Airport authorities suspended operations for approximately 90 minutes while fire engines extinguished the flames, and no injuries were reported. Normal flight services resumed after the runway was cleared and safety checks were completed.
