नेपाल सरकारले पूर्वाधार आयोजनाबाट प्रभावित नागरिकहरूलाई परम्परागत मुआब्जाको सट्टा सेयर लगानीको विकल्प दिने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। सरकारको नयाँ नीति तथा कार्यक्रममा समावेश गरिएको यो पहलले जलविद्युत र अन्य विकास आयोजनाहरूमा देखिएका समस्याहरूको दीर्घकालीन समाधान खोज्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। सेयरको विकल्प दिएर आयोजना स्थलका बासिन्दाहरूको सहभागिता र दिगो लाभ सुनिश्चित गर्ने सरकारको योजना छ। काठमाडौंमा प्रस्तुत गरिएको यो प्रस्ताव पूर्वाधार विकासलाई सहज बनाउने बृहत्तर रणनीतिको एक हिस्सा हो।
