यौन हिंसा र बाल अपराधसम्बन्धी विद्यमान कानुनमा संशोधन गर्न गठित एक अध्ययन कार्यदलले आफ्नो प्रतिवेदन बुझाएको छ। कार्यदलले वर्तमान कानुनी व्यवस्थाका कमजोरीहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै कडा सजाय र कानुनी सुधारका लागि सिफारिस गरेको छ। आइतबार सरकारी अधिकारीहरूलाई बुझाइएको यो प्रतिवेदनले नेपालमा कानुनी परिवर्तनका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण कदम चालेको छ। प्रस्तावित संशोधनहरूको उद्देश्य पीडितहरूको सुरक्षालाई सुदृढ बनाउनु र अपराधीहरूलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा कानुनी दायरामा ल्याउनु रहेको छ।
