अमेरिकाका दक्षिण तथा मध्य एसियाली मामिलाका सहायक विदेशमन्त्री समीर पल कापुर तीन दिने भ्रमणका लागि आज काठमाडौं आइपुगे। बालेन्द्र शाहको नेतृत्वमा नयाँ सरकार गठन भएपछि नेपाल भ्रमण गर्ने उनी सर्वोच्च पदका अमेरिकी अधिकारी हुन्। आफ्नो भ्रमणका क्रममा कापुरले सरकारी मन्त्रीहरू, व्यापारिक नेताहरू र सांस्कृतिक विज्ञहरूसँग भेटघाट गरी अमेरिका–नेपाल सम्बन्ध थप सुदृढ पार्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको छ।

US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Samir Paul Kapur arrived in Kathmandu on April 20 for a three-day visit.
